What will be Created in this Workshop?
• Short writing exercise to compassionately flush out an active hidden belief that may be negatively influencing your interaction to the world, yourself, and your relationships.
• Vickie conducts a short individual interview with as many participants as want to be videotaped (Note: Being an observer during someone else’s interview is powerful AND participating in the interview is a different kind of powerful).
• We will finish with a loving group-viewing of each individual’s video. Bring a friend! All sharing is confidential.
By videotaping a short interview with Vickie Spray, you might see your authentic SELF and also the story that has clouded that SELF. By observing yourself recount a story, a reclamation is possible. Observation gives you the compassionate power for awareness and of the conscious choosing of what you will now take into your future. It is your video story and it is your choice.
